I'm not sure what it is about the word Honey that make me want to use alliteration. Probably the fact that I am happy this sweater is finished and that it looks nice on me.
The new hem is really nice and it's a good wear to work sweater. Here's a close-up:
And here's the finished product:
Hooray!
It looks great! Glad you were able to fix it!

Honey is gorgeous! Fit and color are both very flattering -- worth all your hard work!

Looks Way better on you than on the model in the pic and you're wearing a shirt!
Seriously, might have to look into making one for myself. Beautiful Steph. It really does look nice on you. The colour you chose is lovely.

Congratulations on a great wearable, stylish and non-fussy piece of knitwear.

Wow. I mean, really. Wow. The only way that sweater could be any more perfect for you would be if they had called it "Steph." :-) Gorgeous!

i love the color, both in general, and on you. and it looks marvelous. one question, though? is that a safety pin at the top holding it together? or am i seeing things (again, lol)
Posted by: minnie | August 17, 2007 at 08:57 PM
You win the perceptive prize--it's a safety pin. I still need a button, but wanted to show it off.

So, so nice. It'd look great over a camisole, too.
Although since you are legally allowed to walk down the street with no shirt on, you could always test that theory with Honey :-)

Congrats on making the perfect sweater. Love it! I also like it with the hot pink tee. Good colors together.

Well done! Honey looks great. I dream of knits that I can wear to work but I am not quite there yet.
