Fun(ky) Monkey
I love these monkey socks!
The pattern is engaging without requiring all my attention and the Oak Grove yarn is beautiful. I usually avoid anything but plain stockinette for my socks because I like to zombie-knit, so maybe I've turned a corner.
Now I have my 7 movies lined up and something to knit while I queue.

Monkeys are hard to get off your back. I should know -- I'm planning pair #3 with no end in site.

Monkey's are deceptively simple and look so good with hand dyed yarns. I might just be casting on a second pair after I have finished the ones I'm working on right now.

Quite the funky monkey. That pattern is so addictive. Fun to knit and goes so quick!

I have a pair of Monkeys in rose quartz from STR on the needles. They are such a fun pattern and knit up so quickly.

I've made a single pair of monkeys, but I keep thinking that I might want to make another pair. They're simple enough to knit while walking or while standing on the subway, my big gold standards for simple projects.
My sockapaloooza pal made a pair of monkeys for me, and they have a wonderful fit and gorgeous color.

I just now finished weaving in the ends on my first monkey sock, what an addictive pattern.
